Triangle Cyclists is a New York City and Long Island–based club of more than 175 competitive cyclists and racers from across the region, representing many different teams and disciplines. Our well-known and demanding group rides are conducted on open public roads and typically cover about 50 miles at average speeds of 20–22 mph, featuring paved roads, punchy climbs, and routes that challenge and reward strong riders. All rides are unsupported, and participants are responsible for their own safety, fitness, navigation, and equipment. Saturday and Sunday morning rides take place year-round, with Tuesday and Thursday night rides running seasonally. Membership does not require racing for Triangle or exclusively wearing Triangle kit.
